Setting preferences for alerts

You can adjust the default setting for how Groove notifies you about unread information in new workspaces you create. You can override this setting later in any individual workspace, tool, or folder or file in a Files tool or file sharing workspace.

Select Options - Preferences and select the Alerts tab.
Drag the slider to change the setting for alerts.
Select the number of days you want for "Automatic Alert Removal" from the drop-down menu.

If you receive a large number of unread alerts, you may a shorter number days after which they're automatically removed.
Click Apply.

Click Restore Default to restore Groove alert settings to their system defaults.
