Placing a workspace shortcut on your Desktop

For workspaces you use frequently, you may want to create a shortcut and place it on your Desktop.

  1. In the Launchbar, Workspace Manager, or Workspace List in the Groove Workspace Explorer, right-click the workspace you want to send to the desktop as a shortcut.

  2. Select Save Shortcut to Desktop.

A Groove shortcut appears on your Desktop with the workspace name.

Tip: You can also create a shortcut by dragging a workspace to your desktop.

Placing a workspace tool shortcut on your desktop

Use drag and drop to place a shortcut to any workspace tool on your desktop. The shortcut name uses the combination of the workspace and tool name.
