Setting alerts for a selected workspace tool

You can adjust how Groove notifies you about unread information in the selected workspace tool. The default setting for workspace tools is "Inherit," which means to use the current setting for the workspace. It's useful to set alerts for a workspace tool when you want it to have a different setting from the workspace in which it resides.

Select File - Properties - Toolname and click the Alerts tab.
Drag the slider to change the setting for alerts.
Click Apply.
