Note: This topic applies to the Groove 2.5 version of the Groove Forms tool.
There are two categories of permissions you can set in the Forms tool:
Tool-level, which sets permissions for allowing designer access to the tool, and for viewing to tool.
Application-level, which sets permissions for working with records in the Forms tool.
Select File - Properties - Tool, and click the Permissions tab in the Form Properties dialog box. By default, only Managers have "Designer Access" permission for a Forms tool.
Select Options - Forms Record Permissions... and select options in the Permissions dialog box.
The table below lists the default application-level permissions assigned to each role:
