Note: This topic applies to the Groove 2.5 version of the Groove Forms tool.
To modify view column properties:
Open the Forms Manager and select the view in which you want to modify column properties.
Select the column field to modify, and click Modify.
Set properties in the Modify Column properties dialog box as follows:
Enter a new Column Header.
The initial column header is the same as the field label. If the field label is long, you may want enter a shorter label for the column header.
Note Changing a field label has no effect on the column header. The only way to change a column header is by editing its title in the Column Properties dialog box.
Set a specific column width, either as a percentage of the total width, or in pixels.
Select one or
more sorting options. The default sort order for all columns is ordinal.
Users click the column header to switch among the sort order options you
set.

If this column is referencing a Number or Currency field, select a Precision setting, or accept the default. Precision is the number of decimal places to show in a number after the decimal symbol.
Check Show 'twisty' in this column for response hierarchies if this view contains a response form, and you'd like to display Response records in a hierarchical structure.
Click OK to save your changes to column properties, then click Save to save the changes to the view.
